RETURN POLICY
The waiver of purchase is accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned below and is in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 34/2014 on consumer rights.
Products that are the subject of online orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring costs other than those stipulated in Article 13 (3) and Article 14 of GEO No.34 / 2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which it entered the physical possession of the product.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to: romanianartfactory@gmail.com. According to the law, it is not mandatory to invoke a reason, but an explanation would help us to be able to improve the services provided and to avoid such situations in the future.
If you choose to return the product purchased from www.rafgallery.com, we will refund any amount we received from you. We will also pay the cost of delivery, at the value paid, regardless of the method chosen to send us the product back.
We will make this refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund. Payment of the refund will be made after receiving the returned product and after verifying its status. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must be accompanied by the documents received upon delivery.
Products with physical modifications, strokes, scratches, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and / or unauthorized interventions are not accepted for return.
In the cases in which the returned products are damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to stop an amount of the value of the product, an amount that will be communicated after the assessment of the damages.
If a product has been customized, it is not allowed to return the product.
